Hilde Lystad is a senior executive with a proven track record of value creation across property development, hospitality, travel, events, and cultural ventures.

She combines strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities in business development, brand positioning, and complex project delivery. Her experience includes concept development and operational transformation for leading organisations such as the Queen Sonja Print Award, the N. Sethia Foundation, Hotel Continental / Theatercaféen, Eiendomsspar, and Choice Hotels Scandinavia (Strawberry).

Her portfolio includes repositioning and development projects such as the boutique Hotel Gabelshus, Folketeateret, and interdisciplinary cultural collaborations with international reach.

Jan-Egil is a senior executive, advisor, and investor with extensive experience from leadership roles at leading global companies including the Visma Group, Mastercard, British Airways, and Braathens Airline. His expertise spans strategy, business development, commercial growth, sales and marketing, operational processes, and M&A.

During nearly two decades at Visma, he was instrumental in transforming the company into one of Europe’s leading software businesses.

Today, Jan-Egil advises and invests alongside private owners and investors on M&A transactions, from strategy and target identification through valuation, negotiation, due diligence, financing, restructuring, and integration.

Anne is a seasoned international HR leader with a strong track record across the commercial and public sectors. She is known for aligning people strategy with business performance, and for building HR functions that support growth, transformation, and long-term value.

Before joining Exceed Management, Anne was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at a global medical device company, leading HR across the Nordics and Europe and sitting on the Global HR Leadership Team. Her earlier career included senior HR roles in the public sector and across several private industries.

Anne holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She is an accredited International Coach from Columbia University and holds further qualifications in Organisational Development and Management. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for senior teams and rising talent.
